Talks and workshops

Practical talks, workshops, webinars and lunch-and-learns shaped around your audience, objectives and setting. Custom workshop and learning-material development is also available.

Communicating Workplace Change

  • A half-day workshop that helps managers explain change, hear concerns and report back to leaders. Participants work on their own situation and leave with a plan for their next team conversation.

  • I lead every engagement, bringing in independent specialists when the work needs additional expertise. I also work with consulting firms that need communications, writing or engagement support within a larger assignment.
