Alesha Hayes advises governments, Indigenous organizations, and nonprofits on strategic communications and public engagement across British Columbia and Canada. Her practice spans the full arc of communications work, from long term engagement processes to urgent situations that require clear thinking under pressure. Her graduate research examined why institutions struggle to hear the people they serve, and that question continues to shape how she works.
