Rates

Most engagements begin with one of two defined-scope products:

Communications Health Check — $5,500–$7,500 · 3–4 weeks

A systematic review of strategy, channels, and content, with stakeholder interviews, findings, and a prioritized roadmap.

Crisis Readiness Sprint — $8,500–$12,000 · 4–6 weeks

Risk scan, crisis framework, holding statements, spokesperson preparation, and a tabletop walk-through.

Ongoing advisory is available on a monthly basis, from $1,500. Project work is quoted as a fixed fee against a defined scope. Hourly engagements range from $175 to $350 depending on the nature of the work and the availability it requires.

Fixed-fee engagements are invoiced 50% at signing and 50% on delivery, net 30. Public-sector contracts are billed according to contract terms.
